FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): We now know the identity of Saturday evening's fatal shooting victim. The Allen County Coroner has identified the man as 19-year-old Algia Paul Robert Steward, of Fort Wayne. Police were called to the scene at East Lewis, near Francis and Hanna Streets, after getting a passing driver noticed a man down. Steward was unresponsive and was taken to Parkview Hospital in critical condition where he was pronounced dead. The manner of death has been ruled a homicide.
