School Employee Supplies Moonshine To Student

Police say 49 year old David G. Swanson of Bourbon was supplying five quart jars of moonshine to the student with the intent for the student to sell them for $25.00 apiece.  As part of the investigation, police learned Swanson was also supplying the student with “beer and hard liquor” since they were 13 years old.  The Indiana State Police also say that Swanson was manufacturing moonshine on his property, which is also a crime.

Swanson was arrested without incident on Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Class D Felony and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (two counts), a Class A Misdemeanor.
