NOBLE COUNTY (WOWO): – A semi rolled and blocked traffic early Tuesday morning in western Noble County. The driver of the semi, 57-year old James Messer of Bourg, Louisiana, told police something crossed in front of the truck. That caused him to lose control. That accident happened about 10 miles northwest of Churubusco on US 33 near Noble County Road 200 South.
