Police say 40-year old Dustin Owens has been having sex with the teen, who is now 32-weeks pregnant. Owens claims the child is not his.
Court documents indicate a Child Protection Services caseworker talked with the victim and the teen claims Owens is the only person she's had sex with. The alleged relations are said to have started when the girl was just 12.
Owens is currently being held at the Kosciusko County Jail without bond.
