SYRACUSE, Ind. (WOWO): The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm WATCH for Kosciusko County until 9:00 p.m. tonight <span style=”font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;”> A severe thunderstorm WARNING has also been issued for Huntington County until 7:15 p.m., Wednesday. 

Meteorologists say this storm has the potential to bring winds in excess of 70 miles per hour and large hail. Conditions are also favorable for tornadoes.

If you encounter threatening weather you should be prepared to seek shelter indoors, in a lower level, interior room.
