COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO): It's a gamble economic officials will pay off for Whitley County.

Plans are in the works for a 16,000 square-foot shell building on the Park 30 Business Center in near Columbia City. The building, which is expandable, is an attempt to lure a business to locate in the industrial park. It marks the fourth “spec” building created at Park 30.

Officials say it will be available for purchase or lease sometime this spring or summer.
