SHIPSHEWANA, Ind. (WOWO): A call from a concerned neighbor lead to police arrested a man in a domestic dispute.

It happened on Thursday, July 30th in Shipshewana. Officers witnessed the woman with visible signs of injury. They found the suspect, a man by the name of Scott Goodwin and placed him in custody for aggravated battery, criminal confinement with a deadly weapon, intimidation with a deadly weapon, strangulation, domestic battery with p-rior conviction and interfering with reporting of a crime.

The incident happened on State Rd. 9, north of E 400 N at Pioneer County Estates.
