BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Bloomington man.

The Bloomington Police Department released that 85 year old Dean B. Waver of was last seen on Saturday, November 15th at 4 p.m. He's 5'6″ and 96 pounds, with short grey hair and blue eyes. They say he needs medical attention, and is believed to be driving a 2003 black Ford Explore SUV with an Indiana Dealer plate # 4365B.
