ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): A Steuben County murder trial scheduled to begin this month has been pushed back.



The murder trial of 49-year-old Mark Fritz is set to begin December 15 in Steuben Superior Court.



Fritz is charged in connection with a robbery and murder in June, 2001.



According to court documents, Fritz admitted to a former-in-law he killed 70-year-old Samuel Hunter in his Metz home.



Fritz will return to court in October for a pre-trial hearing.
