INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO):  The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are asking for any information regarding the identity of the person in the photograph below.

Investigators believe the photo was taken at a local mall, in the Indianapolis area sometime between 1975 and 1984.  This women may have been related to or a friend of convicted murderer John Davis Smith.
