Uniformed and undercover Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies, along with Warsaw City officers arrived shortly before 3 pm Friday and executed a search warrant on the Atwood Auto Sales located at 205 Main Street in Atwood. Officers located numerous pills, schedule I narcotics, and a small amount of marijuana during the raid. Officers also detained and arrested three individuals that were present at the business during the search. Todd Swanson, owner of the establishment, was preliminarily charged with felony possession of a schedule I narcotics as well as being additionally charged with felony and maintaining a common nuisance. Swanson’s son, Todd Swanson, was arrested and Charged with possession of marijuana. A third individual, Travis Johnson, was also arrested and preliminarily charged with visiting a common nuisance.

Both father and son Swanson have since posted bond, while Johnson is still currently incarcerated in the Kosciusko County jail.
