Two Juveniles Charged in Muncie Girl’s Death

MUNCIE, Ind. (WOWO): Two children have been charged in the death of a 5-year-old Muncie girl. Juvenile charges of aggravated battery were filed against her two cousins, an 11-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy, according to the Star Press. The girl is identified by authorities only by the initials M.P. The two children have told police that some of the assaults were ordered by their older sister, Charlene Tabb, who along with her husband Marcus, faces a preliminary charge of neglect of a dependent causing death. The Tabbs, who were unofficial guardians of the 5-year-old, have been held without bond in the Delaware County Jail.
