FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two local residents are the winners of the $19 million Hoosier Lotto drawing. According to the Hoosier Lottery, Ken Townsley & Linda Spindler are coworkers and both live in Huntertown. The winning ticket was bought at Belmont Beverage on West State here in Fort Wayne.
