MERCER COUNTY, Ohio (WOWO): Two Ohio residents were arrested after police say they found heroin during a traffic stop on Saturday.

Christopher Haynes, 32, of Celina was arrested on preliminary charges of obstruction and possession of heroin.

Sydney Dicke, 20, of New Bremen was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of heroin.

During a traffic stop at about 1:20 p.m. near Touvelle Street and Burns Avenues in Mercer County, Dicke was trying to move something under her clothes, according the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.

She eventually handed over a baggie full of capsules to police. The capsules tested positive for heroin, police said.
