Two Shot, Including A Minor, In Southeast Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two were shot, including a minor, in southeast Fort Wayne.

Police were called to a subdivision near McKinnie Ave. and Wayne Trace after shots were fired around 1:10 a.m. Friday morning. Officers and paramedics found two victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

They received some medical attention before being rushed to the hospital. One of the victims, an adult male was listed in critical condition. The other, a male juvenile listed in serious condition.

During the investigation, police say it appears the two were in some sort of disturbance that escalated to gunfire.

At the time no arrests have been made, and there are no suspects in the shooting. The names of the victims have not been released.
