Two teens dead after Sunday morning crash

WABASH COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Two teenagers were pronounced dead at the scene of a crash in Wabash County Sunday morning. 

The Indiana State Police say an off-duty trooper from the Peru Post found the fatal single-vehicle crash around the 5000 block of C.R. 300 W.

Investigators say a Chrysler PT Cruiser was traveling on C.R. 300 W when the vehicle veered off the west side of the road. According to 21 Alive News, they believe the driver overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle, striking a tree on the driver’s side 

16-year-old Sean Murray Jr. of Wabash and 19-year-old Kameron Garriott of Andrews were pronounced dead at the scene.
