Update: Huntington County Fire Under Control

ROANOKE, Ind. (WOWO):  It took firefighters about an hour to bring a Huntington County house fire under control. 

Just after 8:30 a.m. units were sent to a home on County Road 400 East, near State Road 114. That's an area about five miles northwest of Roanoke.


Dispatch reports the fire was contained around 9:30 a.m. Units from Huntington, Whitley and Allen Counties were involved.


The investigation continues at this hour. There's no word on the extent of damage to the residence.
