WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Less than 12 hours after a Warsaw convenience store was robbed Warsaw police say they have their man.

In custody is 30-year old Daniel Ybarra Jr on charges he robbed the Handy Dandy on Plaza Drive, north of downtown Warsaw.

Just around 4 a.m. this morning, the suspect displayed hand gun and demanded cash.

Witnesses say he was milling about the store before approaching the counter.
