STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A wanted non-compliant sex offender has been arrested in Steuben County. Last Thursday, the Steuben County Sheriff's Office found 28-year-old Danny Rhudy on North SR 127 in the county's Pleasant Township. Rhudy had been the subject of a Sheriff's Office investigation about what police say is an alleged violation of Indiana's Sex and Violent Offender Registry. Rhudy was taken into custody and booked in the Steuben County Jail on one count of class D felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
