WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Police in Warsaw are looking for whoever’s responsible to the armed robbery of a Dollar General on the town’s east side.

The Warsaw Police Department tells our partners in news at 21Alive a man armed with a handgun walked into the Dollar General story on Lake City Highway at around 5:30pm Monday and demanded cash from both of the store’s registers.

He eventually pushed the clerk away and grabbed cash out of one of the registers himself, leaving with an undisclosed amount.

The suspect is a white man, 5-foot-5, wearing a black hoodie, a jean jacket, sunglasses, and gloves.
