Warsaw police have arrested a 77-year-old pastor for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a 14-year-old handicapped girl.  Robert Heywood is a pastor at Harvest Time Ministries Church.  Police say their investigation showed Heywood had sex with the victim in the basement of the church back in June.  The charges against Heywood were enhanced by the victim’s significant mental and physical disabilities.
