FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Lafayette Street is closed to southbound traffic at McKinnie Avenue because of a water main break.

Northbound US 27 traffic will still be maintained during the closure, however, there will be a marked detour for southbound traffic using Rudisill Boulevard, Calhoun Street and Pettit Avenue.

This closure is expected to last until this evening.
