FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne couple is in trouble for selling drugs in front of children; their own children. Sonia and Dillon Starkey are accused of selling heroin to police officers twice in the last month, both with their four-year old son and seven-year old daughter nearby. A search of the couple Cortland Avenue home found heroin, guns and other drugs items according ot court documents. The couple was charged with child neglect and dealing a controlled substance, among other other alleged offenses.
