Waterloo Man Arrested Following Stabbing

BUTLER, Ind. (WOWO): A Waterloo man is accused of attacking another man in rural Butler with a knife.

Indiana State Police say 34 year old Timothy Scott Hopkins used a knife and cut the victim in the head, hand, and torso at a home on County Road 59 in rural Butler. It happened Saturday morning at about 9:45 A.M.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was treated and released at the hospital.

Hopkins is being held at the DeKalb County Jail on a felony count of battery with a deadly weapon.
