The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association will recognize Bluffton-Harrison Metropoliton school District Superintendant Wayne Barker as an Administrator of the Year at their Spring Clinic on April26th. Barker, the former basketball coach at Bluffton, compiled a record of 236-107 in 15 seasons with the Tigers.
