BRYAN, Oh. (WOWO): A Level 1 Snow Emergency has been issued for Williams County, Ohio.  Sheriff Steven Towns declared the emergency for Bryan and surrounding areas starting at 6 a.m. Sunday morning.  

They're asking motorists to use caution when driving over snow covered roadways.
