LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): One woman is in custody after striking a horse and buggy with her vehicle Sunday.

Police say 39-year-old Julie Higginbotham was traveling northbound on 500 W when she failed to stop at the 200 N intersection, crashing into the carriage. At the time of the incident, the woman had a blood alcohol level of .13.

Higginbotham was taken to the LaGrange County Sheriff's Department and faces charges including Operating While Intoxicated. No injuries were reported.
