DEFIANCE, Ohio. (WOWO): An Ohio man who died Tuesday in an industrial accident has been identified.

According to a release from the Defiance County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Terry Bodenbender of Defiance was fatally injured in a fall at the General Motors Powertrain facility in Defiance.

GM notified the media of the accident Tuesday, saying they were saddened by what happened and cooperating fully with authorities.
