Zoeller Urges Protection Against Phone Scams

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Attorney General Greg Zoeller is urging Indiana residents to be aware of an increase in phone scams. Zoeller says scammers are calling people with offers of low interest rates and other financial services in exchange for payment up front. The calls are dubbed “Rachel Calls.'' He is urging residents to sign up for the state's Do Not Call List in response to the scams.
