WASHINGTON, D.C. (WOWO): One lawmaker from the Hoosier State is opposing President Biden’s Executive Order regarding project labor. U.S. Senator Todd Young from Indiana led a group of 42 Senate Republicans in sending a letter to President Joe Biden opposing the administration’s Executive Order that requires project labor agreements (PLAs) on federal and federally-assisted construction contracts.
Young cited 87.4% of the U.S. construction workforce not belong to a union and that mandating PLAs will prevent qualified contractors from fairly competing for contracts on taxpayer-funded projects. Young also stated that the mandates will also “deny critical construction jobs to local workers and small businesses” as well as increasing construction costs. A link to Young’s letter is available here.

I agree with Rip van Todd on this issues. My problem is that he has been asleep somewhere for the last 4-years rather than visibly in the trenches fighting for Hoosiers.
He got his cush job with benefits for life. He cares didlly for Hoosiers. Only corporations and money matter.
They gave Mark Souder the Sagamore award last week. The SAME Mark Souder that quit congress in disgrace after he cheated on his wife and it became known. He embodies typical hoosier ideals according to the party we keep electing to be our dictators.
PLA’s being force-fed via Executive Order should tell everyone exactly what we have known in the past: Joe Biden is corrupt; works for corrupt Billionaires in corrupt corporations fleecing the poor and middle class via ‘Proxy’…just like he did with Hunter and Burisma; Hunter, Devin Archer, Jim Biden and Bobolinski with China and the Russian Oligarchs.
We are DREAD. This is no good; no bueno. Need November to come as fast as posssible. We may not recognize our country at the rate these crooks are printing money.
So the corrupt Senator doesn’t like the corrupt unions? If you think the millionaire congressmen are on your side, you are seriously deluded.
