A stand-off in Fort Wayne ended peacefully this morning.  Police were called the Arbor Lake Apartments on Bayview Drive on a reported domestic dispute.  When they got there, Michael Stotts had reportedly refused to come outside.  Backup was called in and Stotts later surrendered without incident.  He now faces charges of strangulation and battery in connection with the incident.
