Police in Angola want to know who put an explosive device inside a doll that caused a blast, rattling people in nearby homes.  It happened last night in a neighborhood on Angola’s north side.  No injuries or damage were reported, but a large firecracker-type device was put inside the doll and blown up on the street.  Detectives are still investigating.
