Before 8 AM this morning, it was reported during Timesaver Traffic that a fatal accident occurred at the intersection of Coliseum and Crescent in front of IPFW. Our partners in news at 21 Alive report that a car was headed east on Coliseum when it sideswiped another vehicle after drifting into the turn lane. Police say they aren’t sure if the lane change was intentional. After the initial collision, the car struck a semi, killing the driver of the car. No one else was in the car, and no other injuries have been reported.
