Now the boards of both Imagine Schools here in Fort Wayne have approved resolutions to appeal Ball State University’s decision not to renew the schools’ charters.

According to a report from the Journal Gazette, The Imagine MASTer Academy board voted Saturday, and the board of Imagine Schools on Broadway approved a resolution on Sunday to move forward with an appeal.

As you may recall, last week Ball state announced it would not renew three Fort Wayne charter schools: Imagine MASTer Academy, Imagine Schools on Broadway and Timothy L. Johnson Academy.

The Johnson Academy board is scheduled to meet tomorrow and Board President Mike Nickelson has said an appeal is a high possibility.
