The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22-year-old Dakota Wolfe of Ashley, on one count of sexual misconduct with a minor.  

The arrest came after a 3 week investigation into an alleged incident involving Wolfe and a 15-year-old girl, back in September 2012.

Wolfe is being held without bond pending a court appearance.
