33-year-old Gina Clancy, of Avilla, has been charged with battery and neglect of a child after being accused of hitting a child and the child’s grandmother over the weekend.

According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, police were called to a home Lothamer Lane Sunday night. Once there, an officer noticed both victims were covered in blood. The child and grandmother were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
