FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — A judge has rejected Bishop Luers High School and the Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne–South Bend’s request to reveal the identities of girls involved in a lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims male students at Bishop Luers put the girls’ names and faces on pornographic images and videos, then sold the content.

It also alleges school leaders failed to stop the behavior or report it.

The school and diocese argued state law and the Indiana Constitution require parties to be identified, but a judge denied the request during a November 14 hearing.
