FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police have identified the victim involved in a shooting on Juliette Avenue as 44-year-old Jose Pinto-Soto of Fort Wayne.
Fort Wayne Police responded to a 911 hang up call at 10:30 p.m. on July 10th. Dispatchers heard a female yelling on the line before the call was disconnected. The call came from Juliette Avenue, near Hale Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found Pinto-Soto suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to local hospital where he was downgraded to critical condition. No other injuries were reported and police are still investigating.
