NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. (AP): A coroner's office has ruled that a 2-year-old boy's death after being pulled from a northern Indiana lake was a drowning. Authorities say Tucker Farmer of Marion died Sunday at a Fort Wayne hospital, a day after he was found face down and not breathing in Kuhn Lake near the Kosciusko County town of North Webster, about 40 miles northwest of Fort Wayne.
