ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Scott Saalfrank, of Fort Wayne, was not wearing a seat belt when he lost control of his car turning from Thiele Road onto Hamilton Road. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, the car rolled onto its side. A male passenger was taken to a local hospital in good condition. Saalfrank is Fort Wayne's 23rd traffic fatality this year.
