Kosciusko County Police Arrest Wanted Man in Leesburg Liquor Theft

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):  Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies and detectives received an anonymous tip that led to the location and arrest of 35-year-old Nathanael Tuttle.

The theft charges are related to the September theft from the Leesburg Liquor store.  The Crowell man was taken into custody shortly before noon near Chapman Lake, after he was found hiding inside a RV camper.

Officers preliminary charged Tuttle with felony theft, as well as possession of precursors used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Tuttle was also found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest in Elkhart County for unspecified charges.

According to police, the case had gone cold until the public became involved.
