FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne Water Maintenance crews were on the scene of a water main break earlier this morning, that caused the roadway to be closed down for several hours at Spring and Andrews. Jay County officials say its courthouse will be closed today because of another main break near the building. Several school districts around Indiana also got a late start because of the extreme cold. The National Weather Service says low temperatures tomorrow morning are expected to be between the 5 below and 10 below zero range.
