Six men will stand trial for the same case in Allen County.

The case was requested by the prosecutor’s office and approved by the court, according to the Journal-Gazette. The defendants, Kulon Lewis, Andrew Gibson, Justin Dawson, Curtis Williams, Ervin Herman and Charles Phillips Jr., range in age from 18 to 20 and are accused of criminal confinement and battery after when they attacked James Oldham Jr. over money.

The six men then forced the man into a car in November incident.

According to the newspaper report, there is a gang connection to the case.

The trial will start in August.
