Community Harvest Raises Over $5 Million in Capital Campaign

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana, Inc. has announced the end of their capital campaign after raising $5,197,427.65. They announced in September of 2010 the start of “Hunger: Help Us Fill the Need” along with Senator Richard Lugar and Mike Packnett, Parkview Health President and CEO, as honorary co-chairs of the campaign. At Community Harvest’s Gala on Saturday, March 22nd, leaders celebrated the achievement.
