FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police investigating a pair of unrelated shootings involving bystanders

One, on East Rudisill last late night as a man was returning a trash can he heard gunshots and was found bleeding by his girlfriend. He went to the hospital under his own power.

The second, on Oaklawn Court, in the Chapel Oaks neighborhood. this morning a woman was woken up by gunshots. Those shots game through the outside walls and struck her toilet and nearly missed a bedroom wall.  Police say they found six bullet holes in the siding.

According to the Journal-Gazette, there were reports of gun shots and two men who jumped into a tan Chevy Impala.
