REPORT: Pay raise tentatively approved for Decatur Employees

DECATUR, Ind. (WOWO): City workers in Decatur could be in line for a pay raise.

But only if the city has the funds for it. According to the Decatur Daily Democrat, city council approved an $850 across the board raise for employees next year.

Budget numbers won't be clear until later in the year. Council had considered a two-percent raise, but opted to go with an even amount for nearly 70 full-time city workers.
