MONTPELIER, Oh. (WOWO):  Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating a hit-skip crash on State Route 107 near State Route 15. 

Around 1:10 a.m. Sunday morning 50 year old Troy L. Presnell of Montpelier was traveling eastbound on his bike when he was truck from behind.  The person driving the car left the scene.  

Presnell was taken to the Montpelier Hospital and then air lifted to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with serious injuries.
