If you are going to be outside – including going to football games tonight, remember to eat lightly, drink plenty of water (limit alcohol and pop), wear loose-fitting, lightweight clothing. If you don't feel well get in a cool place quickly.  Be sure to monitor the conditions of those around you to make sure they aren't being impacted by the heat.
