FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): One person is in serious condition after a shooting at the intersection of Eckart and Lillie Streets on Monday night.

It happened just before 10 p.m. when the male victim was shot three times in his lower body.

Police believe the man was shot outside his home. He was found lying down in the intersection before EMS took him to the hospital.

No word on his identity.
