FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two people are facing felony charges in connection to the death of 3-year-old Owen Collins.

One of those people is Owen's mother, 21-year-old Breanna Arnold, along with her boyfriend, 30-year-old Zachary Barnes.

Our partners in news at 21Alive sat down for an interview with Joey Barnes, Zachary's brother and the person who called police to ask for a welfare check on Owen's home in Bluffton.

In that interview Joey told reporters, he knows his brother is guilty of dealing drugs, putting drugs into Owen's bottle, carrying his body out to the woods, and lighting his body on fire.
